The AISI 316 Rèditage stainless steel work surface, 1 mm thick, has an internal core of lightweight synthetic material, enhancing long-term durability and shape stability. Its smooth, non-porous surface makes it corrosion-resistant and extremely easy to clean.

MDI SERIES
The MDI work surface (innovative material made from natural mineral elements), 6 mm thick, is injected and bonded to the stainless steel and zinc-magnesium shell through the patented Phobos technology. This system offers maximum torsional rigidity and thermal insulation, minimizing changes due to material expansion.
